Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases addressing campus issues involving a lawsuit against a college on the grounds of sexual harassment (sexual harassment claims against Massachusetts college allowed to proceed), a lawsuit against a school by a deliveryman after being assaulted by a football player (football player not a university “employee”).
