Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a female student’s lawsuit for sexual battery (female college student wins damage award after experiencing sexual battery), a student’s lawsuit after being injured in a school sponsored rock climbing class (student injured on university’s climbing wall), a student’s claim of defamation over a fraternity member’s remark to a third party (fraternity not liable for defamation over refusal to admit pledge).
