Abstract:
In the first part of this article, which appeared in the last issue of CSSD, the author discussed the difference in expectations between campus and criminal judicial processes and covered integrating core institutional values into the campus judicial process. (Daniel Kast, “Toward a Values-Based Code of Student Conduct,” 6 (5) CSSD 65 (May/Jun. 2005).) This article continues exploring the purpose and design of a values-based code of student conduct and the formation of a campus alcohol policy. Keywords: Jaksa v.
