Abstract: 

This article explores the outsourcing of rape education programs through public speakers and motivational education presentations. Additionally, it presents guidelines for college and university administrators, directors, and professors, advocates, and sexual violence professionals, alike, to carefully consider before a contract is signed or an agreement is made with a seemingly competent public speaker addressing sexual violence on their college campus.
