Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving Harvard University’s police records (Harvard police records not public), a cheerleader’s ability to sue after being injured at practice (cheerleader injured during practice allowed to sue university), the Supreme Court’s decision to take a student fees case (Supreme Court looks at student fees case).
