Abstract: 

Covering recent court decisions of interest, this article reviews rulings in Students for Concealed Carry on Campus v. Univ. of Colorado; Furey v. Temple Univ (Temple University student’s scuffle with off-duty police officer leads to arrest, disciplinary hearing, and criminal charge); State of North Carolina v. Yencer, 696 S.E.2d 875 (N.C.App. 2010) in which North Carolina Court determines that the state of North Carolina improperly delegated police power to the campus police of Davidson College, a “religious” institution.
