Abstract: 

A review of recent court decisions having to do with a medical student’s lawsuit against his school on the basis of disability discrimination (student loses disability discrimination suit for failure to show that alleged disability adversely affects major life activity), the enforcement of a school policy that can stop peaceful demonstrations if it disrupts academic activities (college can enforce viewpoint neutral policy toward outside speakers where the policy Is narrowly tailored to protect its legitimate security and academic interests).
