Abstract: 

This article discusses academic dishonesty, what constitutes it, how common it is, the rights students have during academic dishonesty proceedings, and related claims of disability, discrimination, and false information. Some court cases are cited and used as examples of the real life issues regarding cheating and plagiarism.
