Abstract: 

A review of important court decisions including cases involving a student’s lawsuit over indefinite suspension (Marijuana in Dorm Room Equals Indefinite Suspension for Student), a student’s attempt to attend law school for free (Law School Graduate’s Attempt to Avoid Paying for Law School Fails), a two and a half year long sexual harassment case (Sexual Harassment Case Settled by Kansas School District), the reinstatement of a Title IX case in Washington (Washington Appellate Court Reinstates Title IX Case).
