Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases addressing issues on campus involving a lawsuit determining a university’s liability in the death of a student in a horseback riding accident (University Not Liable for Student Horseback Riding Fatality), a class action suit under Title IX (Slippery Rock Title IX Class Action Suit Settlement Approved), a student’s lawsuit over his First Amendment rights (Protestor’s Painted Messages Called Vandalism), a student’s expulsion based on criticism of school (Valdosta State Student Expelled for Criticism of School).
