Abstract: 

Our regular review of recent court decisions that may have impact on college and university administration, discipline, and safety: a medical student challenges a one-year suspension from medical school after making extremist comments in an email; and the statute of limitations was found to protect a university against a claim for sexual abuse that had allegedly occurred more than 20 years ago at a university-affliliated secondary school.
