Abstract: 

The Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SAVE) legislation, enacted by Congress in 2013, amends the Clery Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1092(f)) by broadening key definitions and creating new rules with which colleges and universities must comply. Section 1092(f) is entitled “Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics.” This article reviews its key provisions.
