Abstract:
This case review involves the clash between the right of a testing service to report to law schools its analysis of test scores and the right of applicants to be protected against disability discrimination. The challenged portion of the law prohibits Law School Admission Council (LASC) from notifying law schools in cases where an applicant’s scores were achieved with extra testing time. Keywords: Law School Admission Council v.
