Abstract: 

A male student’s social and academic experience suffers as his accuser continues to seek retribution even after the university found that he was not guilty of nonconsensual sexual intercourse. When the situation degrades even further after a university policy change and his accuser decides to make her senior project a very public performing arts piece against sexual assault Nungesser proceeded to file a complaint, alleging 10 causes of action.
