Abstract:

The editors review recent court decisions directly affecting college and university administration, discipline, and safety: six plaintiffs charging that Widener intentionally published misleading or inaccurate statistics about job placement will have to pursue individual claims rather than a class act suit; and a group of students formerly enrolled in a sonography program sued the college, claiming that the college in effect compelled them to undergo invasive vaginal sonography procedures.
