Abstract:
Indifferent monitoring of medication withdrawal is alleged when an inmate, who suffered from anxiety and other serious medical problems, dies while being detained for trial. A diabetic inmate alleges antigay bias when other similarly situated insulin dependent participants who were not gay are allowed to remain in a offsite work program from which he was removed. Keywords: King v.
