Abstract:
This issue's dental corner explores the important question of whether incorrect medical treatment over a prisoner’s protests amounts to deliberate indifference. Jason W. King is a former federal inmate who appeared for his required initial dental screening only to be confused with another inmate King who was scheduled the same day for drilling and filling of a diseased tooth.Keywords: King v.
